Choosing Wisely



*I am going to starting eating right.
*I am also going to start drinking more water.
*I am going to start taking my vitamins and minerals on the daily.
*I dont drink regular milk so chocolate will do.
*I am going to cut back on unhealthy foods.
*I am also going to prepare my on food because I love to cook.
*I am going to exercise every damn day lol.
