My Funny Valentine's Day

This is a lil bit late, but hey "it is better late then never". Ok on the 14th I woke up and forgot it was Valentine's Day even though I went to bed at 12:30ish a.m.and I tweeted Happy Valentine's Day to all the couples lol. I know I mean I didn't have a Valentine and I had more important shit to worry about. I had many suitors, but I wasn't feeling them like that. Valentine's Day is supposed to be with someone you love (well that is want i grew up thinking.). This dude volunteered me as his valentine's date. I was like na. He had asked me if I wanted to go to the Trey Songz and Lloyd's Valentine's Concert here in Chicago. I could have went but I wouldnt have enjoyed it because I would ahve got my head talked off by this dude. wow tell me why i was fed up with him (remember i forgot it was valentines day) told dude thru my bff facebook that i wasn't interested dude went ham. he was messaging her and texting me lol. i mean he was clearly not seeing the signs. i was not feeling him and he couldnt see it. he was trying to sweet talk me for months and was not hearing that shit. i did and don't want a boyfriend right now, but i will take a job with the quickness.so i told him off and told him to stop talking to me...he is a bugaboo. he doesnt want to be a friend, but my man. he doesnt listen to me so i dont see any point in knowing him. i am tired of being nice to muhfuckas. that is a dead mission being nice does not get you anywhere trust me. you have to be selfish. but proir to valentine's day he would text things like "bae, sexy, and baby". i was not liking that at all. i told him to stop with all dat. then the weekend was trying to sing some r n b songs to me. i was not feeling that shit. he was singing drake and i am not a big drake fan or should i say DICKRIDIN FAN. He was singing "fall for your type" all the way off key. i started playing some WALE. he going say some can you turn that down i am trying to sing to you. i said if you SHUT THE FUCK UP i will. lol. anyways i ended up hanging up on him because he is and was starting to get annoy. he was on some talking about OUR FUTURE. dude there will never be an us to have an our future lol.  ::Connie Ambitious::

The Crush

so today in my basketball class I practiced some shooting and layup drills. My coach (who happens to be my cheerleading coach's husband and head coach for women's basketball at my school) was giving my combos to learn. I need to practice them some more. I didn't see my crush today in class. I was a lil sad about that. I saw him after my idol auditions at my school. I was walking into the atrium to attend this other meeting. And someone called my name and it was him. He was sitting by all the basketball players not all of them (my other crush wasn't there) and he called me over for some pizza. I gave him the whole box and the basketball players ate all the pizza he didn't get any. :( BUT HE GAVE ME A HUG AND HE SMELLED SO GOOD. I have a weakness for cologne on men. ::Connie Ambitious::

Crushing on this guy!!! He is in my basketball class *as I call it*. I like what I see so far, but that is it I only see the outside which is a bad thing. I plan on getting to know him which means trying to be his friend and I say trying because these days people have a guard up and don't take to well letting outsiders in there circle. I am going to play it cool and flirt casual and get him to teach me some ball. Maybe one on one if I am lucky. of course I mean the actual game lol. I really think me and him would make really good friends, which is something I know. I am not sure if he knows. I will have to help him see it then.

If you don't like how your life is...CHANGE IT. You have to walk in your shoes. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Mistakes are lessons you learn from. Sadly some people NEVER learn from them. I take everything in life as a lesson, but sometimes it takes me a longer time to learn lessons. SN: My laptop is in the shop. I have to get it tomorrow of course I can't get it fix. Snow Day

 

Tomorrow is the first snow day I have had in years. It is snowing like crazy here in Illinois. I hate the snow for real. I plan on doing my hair tomorrow. I am also going to apply for more jobs. I WILL BE GETTING HIRED SOMEWHERE. I need to  be working so I can make money for myself. I do have a cost of living, but I have no money to spend on myself. I am having a photoshoot tomorrow.
